I, Ethel D. Price, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direct that my legally enforceable debts, funeral
expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
ITEM II: I bequeath to the individuals identified in any
written Memorandum signed by me and attached to the original of
this Will who shall survive me by thirty (30) days certain items
of tangible personal property described therein. This provision
authorizing reference to such a Memorandum does not necessarily
mean that such a Memorandum has been made by me in connection
with the making of this Will .
ITEM III : I bequeath all of my household goods, furniture
and furnishings, china, silverware, . jewe,lry, ornaments, works of
art, pictures, wearing apparel, tools and similar equipment and
personal effects, not specifically bequeathed under Item II of
this my Last Will and Testament, and excluding cash, any motor
vehicles I may own at the time of my death and tangible evidences
of intangible property, together with any policies of insurance

applicable thereto, in equal shares unto my four (4) children,
Robert M. Price, Jr. , David L. Price, Donald K. Price and
Connie S. Belsinger, who shall survive me, to be divided among
them, as they shall agree.
ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my Estate of every nature and wherever situate in
equal shares unto my four children Robert M. Price, Jr. , David L.
Price, Donald K. Price and Connie S. Belsinger, provided,
however, that the share of any of my said children who shall
predecease me on die on or before the thirtieth day following my
death shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes,
living on the thirty-first day following my death and in default
of such then living issue, such share shall be added to the
shares for my other then living children and the issue, per
stirpes, of my other then deceased children.
ITEM V: Al1 Federal, State and oth'er death taxes payable
because of my death, with respect to the property forming my
gross Estate for tax purposes, whether passing under this Will or
otherwise, including any interest or penalty imposed in
connection with such taxes, such be considered a part of the
expense of the administration of my Estate and shall be paid out

right of reimbursement.
ITEM VI: I appoint my sons, Robert M. Price, Jr. and
David L. Price, co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament .

well as their successors, shall not be required to give bond for
the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

are signed to the foregoing instrument, being first duly sworn,

signed and executed the instrument as her last Will and that she
had signed willingly, and that she executed it as her free and
voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, and that each
of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the Testatrix,

knowledge the Testatrix was at that time eighteen years of age or
