The decedent's real estate has now been sold. The Estate directed that payment of additional
estimated inheritance taxes be forwarded from the settlement proceeds for appropriate credit for the
Estate. Accordingly, enclosed please find check no. 3531 in the amount of $4,850.85 from Purity
Abstract Company the settlement agent for this transaction. Kindly issue to the Estate a receipt for
payment of$4,850.85 of estimated inheritance tax for this Estate.
