FIFTH: In the event that my husband, BRIAN D. SILL, does
not survive me, I nominate, constitute and appoint my soon, PATRICK
GRESH-SILL, as testamentary guardians of the persons of my
children.
SIXTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, BRIAN
D. SILL, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond or security, and to make distribution of my estate in cash
or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in kind, and in such manner as he
may determine. I authorize, empower and direct him to sell and
convey, by good and sufficient deed, in fee simple estate, any and all of
my real estate, at public or private sale, for such price or prices, upon
such terms and conditions, as in his judgment is best for my estate,
and to that end to sign, seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver all

deeds or other instruments necessary therefor, as effectively as I
could do if I were personally present.
In the event my husband .does not survive me, or refuses to act
as Executor, or does not complete the duties of Executor, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint my son, PATRICK GRESH-SILL, as
the alternate Executor, to serve without bond or security. My
alternate Executor shall have all of the powers, privileges, duties, and
immunities granted to my Executor as provided. herein.
SEVENTH: thereby nominate, constitute and appoint FULTON
BANK, Trustee of the trusts created herein, to exercise all of the
powers conferred upon trustees by law, and alkof the discretionary
powers granted herein.
EIGHTH: No beneficiary shall have the power to anticipate,

encumber or transfer his or her interest in my estate or any trust
created herein in any manner other than by the valid exercise of a
power of appointment. No part. of any trust or my estate shall be

beneficiary.
NINTH: In addition to such other powers and duties as may
have been granted elsewhere in this Will, Trustee shall have and
exercise exclusive management and control of the trust, and shall be
vested with the following specific powers and discretion, in addition to
the powers as may be conferred generally from time to time upon
trustees by law:
