ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21st day of January, 2014 , this being
the time and place set for a 72-hour hearing on Cumberland County
Aging and Community Services ' Petition for Emergency Order to
Provide Protective Services, and after a hearing, this Court hereby
finds that it is necessary to continue to provide Court protective
services for Ms . Lyda Gallagher, and that there are no other less
restrictive measures that will take care of Ms . Gallagher so that
she will not suffer, an imminent risk of death or serious physical
harm, and accordingly, it is ordered as follows .
1 . Cumberland County Aging and Community Services is
hereby appointed as provider of protective services for Respondent,
Lyda Gallagher.
2 . Cumberland County Aging and Community Services is
authorized to have Respondent provided any medically necessary
treatment and undergo a psychiatric evaluation, and;
3 . After any medically necessary treatment is
provided to Respondent, provided this order has not expired,
Cumberland County Aging and Community Services is authorized to
arrange for Respondent ' s admission to a nursing facility, and this
Order shall remain in effect for a period of 20 days from t:he date
