Quash Subpoena To Produce Documents or Things For Discovery, a CITATION is
issued upon all interested parties to show cause why the relief requested should not be
granted. PETITIONER shall serve the motion and citation upon the interested parties
and shall file proof of service.
Any response must be received by 21 February 2014 and shall state the
reasons why, if any, the court should not quash the subpoena directed to Cumberland
County Aging and Community Services for the records of Charlotte Stone.
