Guardian of the estate of Kara N. Hartmoyer of 143 Ewe Road, Medianicsbtftg,
Pennsylvania, a minor, in the limited capacity of making decisions relating to
such minor's personal property in the approximate value of $10,800, which are
the proceeds from a life insurance policy. The personal property is currently
being held by Jefferson Pilot Financial of Omaha, Nebraska. It is further
Ordered that the Limited Guardian will transfer minor's personal property from
the Jefferson Pilot Financial to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and place
the said personal property in an appropriate account to be utilized in the best
interests of such minor, including but not limited to expenditures for such
minor's education, heath or welfare, until such minor reaches the age of
