Reference is made to your letter dated December 24,2013, and our telephonic discussion on
December 26, 2013,with respect to your request for an inheritance tax reiease of lien on behalf
of the above-captioned Estates, �
As discussed, the Department of Revenue will accept your offer to pay consideration in the
amount of�33,904,00 for the release of lien. The release of lien will specifically reference each
Estate noted in the documents that you sent, marked as Exhibit B.
Payment of$33,904.00 should be made to the Register of Wills of Cumberland County by check
made payable ta"Register of Wills, AgenY'. Request that the payment be applied to the Estate
of Matilda Minnich. Note,the manies are being applied to the Estate of Matilda Minnich for
accounting purposes. A receipt will be provided. Fax to my attenfion a copy of the fax and I
will return to you an original and copy of the requested release of lien. You wi11 be instructed to
fiIe the release of lien with tlle Register of Wills of Cumberland County. The copy may be
retained for your records.
