# 233645 the sum of $ 96,957.04 together plus fees of $ 200.00 and a daily interest rate of
11.86581 %per diem for a total amount owed of$ 97,157.04 as of December 11, 2013 (Secured
with a second mortgage on the property at 101 Sandbank Road, Shippensburg, Pa. 17257).
Additionally, there will be outstanding interest and other possible fees associated with this
obligation,after the date of this letter.
