A hearing in regard to the above-matter has been scheduled for November 19, 2013 at �
2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 5 of the Cumberland County Courthouse. This letter is to advise you
that counsel has not been retained by or on behalf of the alleged incapacitated person,Anne
Dykes Davis.
To the best of my knowledge there are no significant issues that would necessitate the
need for legal counsel to be appointed to represent Ms. Davis. Ms. Davis suffers from advanced
dementia,diagnosed by Dr. Haldipur in Exhibit"A"of the petition, and is a resident of the
Emeritus nursing home. Proper notice was given ta Ms. Davis as well the family,
Commonwealth, and nursing facility. To date I have received no objections to these proceedings.
Finally,the proposed Guardian and Petitioner is Ms. Davis' daughter,who has no adverse
interest to the AIP.
