I, Ellen Marie Weaver, of the City of Johnstown, County of Cambria and
State of Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all will or codicils by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:
ALL inheritance or estate taxes, state or Federal, whatsoever
imposed upon property passing under or outside the terms of my will shall be paid by
my Executrix and Executor from the corpus of my estate.
SECOND:
give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars to be used for masses for the repose of my soul.
THIRD:
give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars to the Carmelite Monastery in Loretto, Pennsylvania, for prayers and
sacrifices.
FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal
and mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath
to my two children, Philene Marie Revitsky and Hugh Curran Weaver, share and share
alike.
FIFTH:
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Philene Marie
Revitsky and my son, Hugh Curran Weaver to be the Executrix and Executor of this my
Last Will And Testament. I further direct that neither my Executrix or Executor shall be
required to file bond for the faithful performance of their duties hereunder, despite the
fact that any may not be a resident of the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania.
