As per the .AMENDMENTS TO SUPREME COURT ORPHANS ' COURT RULES,
NO. 103 SUPREME COUR.T RULES DOCKET NO. 1, for decedents dying on �
or after July 1, 1992, the personal representative or his
councel, within ten (10) days after giving proper notice to the
beneficiaries and intestate heirs as required by subdivision
(a) of Rule 5 . 7, shall file with the Register of Wills or Clerk
of the Orphans ' Court his/her Certification of Notice.
