PETITION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD
AND NOW, this 911�day of January, 2014, comes Robert C. Saidis, Esquire,
attorney for the estate of Betty M. Bream, and presents this Petition to Withdraw as
Counsel of Record, representing as follows:
1. Petitioner is Robert C. Saidis, Esquire, attorney for the Estate of Betty M.
Bream, with offices at Saidis, Sullivan & Rogers, 26 West High Street, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Betty M. Bream departed this life on November 23, 2013.
3. On December 10, 2013, her daughter, Kathy J. Progar was appointed as
Executrix of her estate.
4. Kathy J. Progar is an adult individual residing at 469 Heisey Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
5. The Executrix has informed Petitioner that she is terminating the
Law Offices of Petitioner as counsel and would like to do the work herself. A statement from the
Saidis
Sullivan Executrix is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."

8. No Judge has been assigned to this matter.
9. As the Executrix has terminated the services of Petitioner pursuant to a
writing, no further notice is necessary prior to the entry of a Court Order permitting
withdrawal.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner without further notice to the Executrix, requests your
Honorable Court to authorize Petitioner's withdrawal of counsel of record for the Estate
of Betty M. Bream.
