ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN lots of ground with improvements thereon erected situate in
North Middletown Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, numbered and described in
accordance with Plan No. 5 of Schlusser Village, said Plan being recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book No. 9,
Page 3, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Fry Loop Avenue, a distance of 150 feet North of
the northern line of Wagner Street which point is the northwestern corner of Lot No. 52 as the
same appears on Plan No. 4 of Schlusser Village, recorded in said Recorder's Office in Plan
Book 7, Page 39; thence in a northerly direction, a distance of 100 feet to a point in the dividing
line between Lot Nos. 1.29 and 130 as shown on said Plan No. 5 of Schlusser Village; thence by
a southern line of said Lot No. 129 in an easterly direction, a distance of 100 feet to a point;
thence in a southerly direction and parallel to said Fry Loop Avenue, a distance of 100 feet to a
point at the northeastern corner of Lot No. 53 as shown on said Plan No. 4 of Schlusser Village;
thence in a westerly direction, a distance of 100 feet to a point, and the place of BEGINNING.
