You are notified that the Plaintiff has commenced a proceeding to revive the lien of the
judgment entered on September 16, 2008, in the Cumberland County Prothonotary in Docket No.
2008 -5492.
The Plaintiff claims that the amount due and unpaid is $1,663.00 with interest from
September 17, 2008, to the present.
You are required within twenty (20) days after service of this writ to file an answer or
