11/30/2010 07:57 PM - Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on November
30, 2010 at 1942 hours a true copy of the within writ of execution was attempted to be served upon the
defendant, to wit: David M. Kyler Roofing, 230 Herman Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17043. At that time it was learned from the defendant's wife Kathy, that the business went
out of business approximately 5 years ago. Also, David M. Kyler is currently incarcerated at SCI Camp
Hill.
12/02/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED. The business is no longer in business and David M. Kyler is currently incarcerated at
SCI Camp Hill.
