WAIVER OF LIENS
Whereas, CHATEA~~ BUILDERS, INC, (Owner/ Contractor) has entered into a
Construction Loan Agreement (contract) with Liberty Savings Bank, FSB to provide materials
and perform labor necessary for upon a lot of ground located at "LOT 17, PHASE 2
HAMPDEN STATION, ARMITAGE WAY MECHANICS BURG, PA 17055.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said contractor under this contract shaH file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in
accordance with the requirements of Section 402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
In Witness Whereof, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this
30TH dav of DECEMBER. 2004.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land located in the Township of Hampden, County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being shown and designated as lot
17 on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan - Phase 11 for Hampden Station", by
Dawood Engineering, Inc., plan dated March 20, 2002, last revised April 29, 2002
and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 85, Page 125.
Said parcel being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8" rebar set, said rebar being on the lot line of lots 16 and 17,
where said line intersects with the western right-of-way line of Armitage Way (50'
right-of-way); Thence along lot 16, North 79 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds West, a
distance of 130.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar set on the eastern right-of-way line of Orrs
Bridge Road (T -618 - variable right-of-way);
Thence along said right-of-way line, North 10 degrees 02 minutes 14 seconds East, a
distance of 103.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar set on the southern line of lot 18; Thence
along lot 18, South 79 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds East, a distance of 130.00 feet
to a 5/8" rebar set on the western right-of-way line of the aforementioned Armitage
Way; Thence along said right-of-way line, South 10 degrees 02 minutes 14 seconds
West, a distance of 103.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar set at the line of lots 17 and 16; the
PLACE OF BEGINNING.
