WHEREAS, Archer Reed Land Development, L.P., 1926 Monterey Drive, Mechanicsburg,
pennsylvania, 17050, is about to enter into a contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for the construction Of a new office building located at 500
Bent Creek Boulevard, Lot #4 of the Bent Creek Office park, Sliver Spring TownShip,
Cumberland County, PennsYlvania.
NOW, December 30, 2004, at the time of and immediatelY before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Archer Reed Land
Development, L.P., to the said R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., to commence work on the said
building, or purChase materials for the same, in consideration of the making Of the said
contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., and the further consideration Of one Dollar to R. S.
Mowery & Sons, Inc., paid by Archer Reed Land Development, L.P., it is agreed that no lien
shall be flied against the building or property by the contractor, nor any subcontractor,
nor by any Of the material men or workmen nor any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the completion of said
building, the right to file SUCh liens being expressly waived.
