STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

hereinafter referred to as Owner,
Whereby the former unclenook ancl agreed to erect ancl constrUct a single family dwelling on dlat certain lot
of ground situate in Upper Frankfurd Township, Cumberland County. PCllJlSylvania, being known as Lot No.
6 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Reginald C Haw and Phyllis J. Haw, said plan recorded in CumbeIland
County Plan Book 75, page 24.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 43-05-0419-078
NOW TIIEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said ConlJactor, for and in
considefation of the sum of ONE DOLLAR (SI.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, lOci the further considefation mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractOrs, and all panies acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens Or claims sball be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
grow appUrtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them un4er said COlltract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or abollt the erection and construction of die said
buildings on the lot above-described, and the said ContractOr, for themselves. their subcontractOrs ancl others
under diem, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree dlat this instrUment. waiving the right of lien.
shall be an independent covenant.

ALL TIIAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Upper Frankford Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth on a Final Subdivision Plan for Reginald C. Haw
and Phyllis J. Haw, as prepared by Jarmolenko Professional Land Surveyors and recorded in the
Recorder of Deeds Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 75, page 24, and
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Grahams Woods Road (T-448), said point
being on the dividing line between Lot No.5 and Lot No.6 on the aforementioned subdivision
plan; thence along Lot No.5, South 83 degrees 18 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of 583.37
feet to a point; thence along Lot No. I, North 22 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of
1,049.20 feet to a point; thence continuing along Lot No. I, North 74 degrees 15 minutes 15
seconds East, a distance of629.76 feet to a point in the center line of Grahams Woods Road; thence
along Grahams Woods Road, South 22 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 794.0
feet to a point; thence along same, South 20 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of
206.0 feet to a point; thence along same, South 08 degrees 22 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance
of275.83 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING LOT NO.6 on the aforementioned Final Subdivision Plan for Reginald C. Haw and
Phyllis J. Haw, and containing 15.577 acres, more or less.
