STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Cory J. Lao and Billie J. Lan ("Owners"), the Owners ofthe real estate
described herein has executed a Contract dated January 28, 2005 with Claypool IlIlTiday LLC
("Contractor"), whose principal place of business is located at Carlisle, Pennsylvania for the
construction of certain improvements to said real estate situate at Lot 80 Country Side Drive,
Carlisle, P A, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania as more particularly bounded and described on
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
NOW, THEREFORE, this L., \? day of J ~ ,2005, before any
authority had been given by Owner to Contractor to commence work on said facilities or
purchase materials for same, in consideration of making of the above-described Contract
between Owner and Contractor, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to
Contractor by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and intending to be legally
bound hereby, it is agreed that no liens or claims shall be filed or maintained against the Owner's
facilities and the land described herein or any interest of Owner therein by the Contractor or any
of its subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting
through or under them, for or on account of any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for, towards, in or abut the erection, construction, design and improvement
of said facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens
or claims against the facilities and the land described herein, being hereby expressly waived by
the Contractor for itself, its subcontractors, all materialmen, or workmen and other acting
through or under them.

PA, being Lot No. 80 as shown on a Plan entitled, Meadowbrook Farms, Final
Subdivision Plan, Phase 3, dated October 31, 2000 by PennTerra Engineering, Inc.,
State College, PA, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a northerly corner of Future Phase 7 and lying in an
easterly R/W line of Country Side Drive (50' R/W); thence along said R/W, N 20' 40'
58" W, 112.50 feet to an iron pin, lying in an easterly line of said R/W and being a
southerly corner of Lot No. 81; thence along said lot, N 69' 19' 02" E, 160.00 feet to an
iron pin, being an easterly corner of said lot and lying in westerly line of Future Phase 8;
thence along said lands, S 20' 40' 58" E, 112.50 feet to an iron pin, lying in a westerly
line of said lands and being a northerly corner of Future Phase 7; thence along said
lands S 69' 19' 02" W, 160.00 feet to an iron pin, being the place of BEGINNING,
containing 0.413 acres.
Lot No. 80 is subject to a 10' utility/sidewalk easement along its street frontage.
