RUTH SPONSLER I, N. RUTH SPONSLER, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg. County ofCumberlan'a and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct that all the estate, inheritance and succession taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid out of the principal of my general estate to the same effect as if said taxes were expenses of administration and that all property includable in my taxable estate, whether or not passing under this Will, shall be free and clear thereof. 2. [ give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars apiece, to each of the following named, persons, to wit, my brother, WILLIAM K. SPONSLER, my niece, GLADYS M. WATTS, my niece, IDA M. SPONSLER and my niece, BARBARA A. INGLE. In the event that any of the above named four (4) legatees should predecease me, then in such event, I direct that their share in my estate be paid over to my great-nephew, JOEL -1- A. WATTS. 3. I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate be divided into six (6) equal shares and that the same be paid out and distributed as follows, to wit: (a) I give and bequeath one (I) such equal share to my good friend, ELEANOR S. PEFFER. (b) I give and bequeath one (1) such equal share to my good friend, ANNETTE S. FERTENBAUGH. (c) I give and bequeath one (I) such equal share to my good friend, STEPHEN W. PEFFER. (d) 1 give and bequeath one (I) such equal share to my good friend, MICHAEL E. PEFFER. (e) I give and bequeath one (I) such equal share to my good friend, RODNEY L. PEFFER. In the event that any of the above named five (5) legatees should predecease me, then in such event, I direct that their share in my estate be paid over to the surviving members of said five (5) legatees, share and share alike. (f) I give and bequeath one-half (1/2) of one such equal share to my good friend, JODY K. AITKINS and in the event that she should predecease me, then in such event I give and bequeath her share in my estate to her daughter, - 2- JESSICA S. AITKINS, with the stipulation that the same be place in a local banking or other financial institution, where the same shall remain until such time as the said JESSICA S. AITKINS shall attain the age of twenty-one (21) years, at which time the same shall be paid over to her, free and clear of any further restrictions. (g) I give and bequeath one-half (1/2) of one such equal share to my good friend, JESSICA S. AITKINS, with the stipulation that the same be place in a local banking or other financial institution, where the same shall remain until such time as the said JESSICA S. AITKINS shall attain the age of twenty-one (21) years, at which time the same shall be paid over to her, free and clear of any further restrictions. In the event that the said JESSICA S. AITKINS should predecease me, then in such event, I give and bequeath her share in my estate, to the surviving members of the legatees named in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) immediately above, of this my Last Will and Testament, share and share alike. 4.
