Number 05-(..')./0 rn40 Term. 20_ WHEREAS, Ed Coombs of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Ed Coombs of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building upon a lot ofland situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County ATTACHED EXHIBIT' A' Now, ,at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with OWNER and the further consideration of one Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. Richard on- '- ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of East Simpson Ferry Road, at the southwest corner of Lot No.2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said centerline of East Simpson Ferry Road, South 79 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the corner of lands now or formerly of Helen R. Wolf; thence along the line of said lands now or formerly of Helen R. Wolf, North 14 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 487.23 feet to a point on the line of lands now or formerly of the Cumberland Valley Railroad Co.; thence along the line of said lands now or formerly of the Cumberland Valley Railroad Co., North 77 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 99.74 feet to a point at the northwest corner of Lot NO.2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the line of said Lot No.2 South 14 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 491.75 feet to a point in the centerline of East Simpson Ferry Road, the point and place of BEGINNING. HAVING THEREON ERECTED a stone-story brick building and a masonry and frame building known as 5223-5225 Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. BEING Lot NO.1 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Charles H. Stoner, et ux, prepared by Ernest JWalker, Professional Engineer, dated September 15, 1978, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 43, page 95.
