WAIVER OF LIENS
Whereas, CHATEAU CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS. INC., (Owner/ Contractor) has
entered into a Construction Loan Agreement (contract) with Liberty Savings Bank, FSB to
provide materials and perform labor necessary for upon a lot of ground located at "1345
ARMITAGE WAY, MECHANICSBURG. P A 17050.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
ofthe said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in
accordance with the requirements of Section 402 ofthe Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
In Witness Whereof, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals this

ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land located in the Township of Hampden, County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being shown and designated as lot
31 on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan - Phase II for Hampden Station", by
Dawood Engineering, Inc., plan dated March 20, 2002, last revised April 29, 2002
and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 85, Page 125.
Said parcel being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8" rebar set, said rebar being on the line of lots 31 and 32 where
said line intersects with the eastern right-of-way line of Armitage Way (50' right-of-
way); Thence along lot 32, South 79 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds East, a distance
of 110.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar set on the rear line of lot 22 (Phase I); Thence along lot
22 and 23 (Phase I), South 10 degrees 02 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of
100.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar set at the northern line of lot 30j Thence along lot 30,
North 79 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 110.00 feet to a 5/8"
rebar set on the eastern right-of-way line of aforementioned Armitage Wayj Thence
along said right-of-way, North 10 degrees 02 minutes 14 seconds East, a distance of
100.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar set on the southern line oflot 32; the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
