Murren Of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Musser Home Builders, Inc., Of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, For the erection of a building upon a lot of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a Plan prepared by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, R.P.L.S., dated June 16, 1997 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 75, Page 49. BEGINNING at an existing iron pin in centerline of Trindle Road, S.R. 0641, at comer of Lot No.5 on Plan of Trindle Estates; thence along Lot No.5, South 00 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 956.12 feet to a point; thence along lands now or formerly of Charlotte G. Greegor et al, South 89 degrees 18 minutes 42 seconds West 400.08 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Helga M. AzjzJffian; thence along lands now or formerly of Helga M. Azizkhan, North 00 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 508.01 feet to a point; thence along Lot No.3, South 89 degrees 30 minutes East 200.00 feet to a point; thence still along Lot No.3, North 00 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 458.20 feet to a point in centerline of Trindle Road, SR 0641; thence along centerline of Trindle Road S.R. 0641 South 88 degrees 59 minutes 07 seconds East 200.00 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
