ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, November 23, 2005, after having received a written request from Magisterial District Judge
Robert V. Manlove that he be disqualified to hear the case of Dean Gekas vs. Chester and Lois Jasek, it is
hereby directed that Magisterial District Judge Thomas A. Placey be assigned to hear the case. The hearing
is scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2006 at I: IS P.M. at Judge Placey's office.

AND NOW, November 28,2005, the following special assignments of Magisterial District
Judges are made:
I. Thomas A. Placey, District 3-4, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1,1-2,2-1,
3-1, 3-2, 3-3, and 3-5 for the period beginning December 19,2005, and continuing to
midnight December 25.2005.
2. Susan K. Day, District 3-3, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1,1-2,1-3,2-1,2-2,
3-1,3-2,3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning December 26, 2005, and continuing to midnight
January I. 2006.
3. Charles A. Clement, Jr., District I-I, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-2, 1-3,2-1,
2-2, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning January 2. 2006, and continuing to
midnight January 8, 2006.
4. Paula P. Correal, District 2-1, specially assigned to preside in Districts I-I, 1-2, 1-3,2-2,3-1,
3-2, 3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning Januarv 9, 2006, and continuing to midnight
January 15.2006.
5. Robert V. Manlove, District 1-2, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1, 1-3,2-1,2-2,
3-1,3-2,3-3,3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning January 16,2006, and continuing to
midnight January 22, 2006.
6. Harold E. Bender, District 3-1, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1,1-2,1-3,2-1,
2-2, 3-2,3-3, 3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning January 23, 2006, and continuing to
midnight January 29, 2006.
7. District 3-2, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1,1-2,1-3,2-1,2-2,3-1,3-3,3-4,
and 3-5 for the period beginning January 30, 2006. and continuing to midnight Februarv 5,
2006.
8. District 2-2, specially assigned to preside in Districts I-I, 1-2, 1-3, 2-1,3-1,3-2,3-3,3-4 and
3-5 for the period beginning February 6, 2006, and continuing to midnight February 12,2006.
9. Richard S. Dougherty, District 1-3, specially assigned to preside in Districts 1-1,1-2,2-1,2-2,
3-1,3-2,3-3,3-4 and 3-5 for the period beginning February 13,2006, and continuing to
midnight Februarv 19.2006.
10. Mark W. Martin, District 3-5, specially assigned to preside in District 1-1,1-2,1-3,2-1,2-2,
3-1,3-2,3-3 and 3-4 for the period beginning Februarv 20, 2005, and continuing to midnight
Februarv 26, 2006.

It is understood that each ofthe assigned Magisterial District Judges shall have full power and
authority to preside in their own districts during the period of their assignment elsewhere, and further,
that the presiding District Judges of the various districts of which another District Judge is assigned to
the said district. The purpose of these assignments is to provide an available District Judge in each of
the districts on a continuing and continuous basis.
