In accordance with a prior phone conversation with your office regarding the above-
captioned matter, please note that we are seeking to enter judgment against Tony Owen only, and
not against TomeI, Inc. Hence, the praecipe directs judgment only against Owen. A
representative from your office indicated that there was no need for a copy of a judgment against
TomeI, as we are not seeking to enter judgment against them. Therefore, enclosed please find a
Praecipe for Entry of Judgment, a 236 Notice, a certified copy of the district justice judgment, a
stamped envelope addressed to the defendant, a Certificate of Residence, and a check in the
amount of $19.25 to cover the cost of filing. Please enter judgment in the above-captioned
matter against the defendant Tony Owen only.
