Plaintiff is Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, a federal savings bank with offices located at 1675 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33401, contractor for The Secretary of Veterans Affairs of Washington, D. C. 2. Defendant Constance M. Chichester is an adult individual with a last-known address of 22 South East Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. Defendant John Doe represents any other individual who may be residing from time to time at 22 South East Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. 4. On January 5, 2005, premises 22 South East Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 was sold by the Sheriff of Cumberland County at Sheriff's Sale after due advertisement according to law and under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, No. 2003-1715 at the suit ofCendant Mortgage Corporation. f/k/a PHH US Mortgage COI:poration vs. Constance M. Chichester. 5. Plaintiff settled with the sheriff and a deed was recorded conveying the premises to Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an officer of The United States of America. Said deed J: \Lauren\Ejectments\Cumberland\Ocwen.Chichester .2.05. wpd was recorded on February 1,2005 in Book no. 267, page 1824. A copy of said deed, which includes a legal description, is attached hereto as Exhibit ~ A" . 6. By virtue of Sheriff's Sale, Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the premises. 7. Defendants are presently in possession of the said premises. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, demands that a Judgment in Ejectment be entered in its favor and against defendants.
