AND NOW, this 18th day of Februarv, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Carolvn Pearson and Andrew
Forestieri will apply on December 17, 2005 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
