July 8, 2004: Plaintiff submitted a 60-day notice to vacate the property. 9. August 20, 2004: Plaintiff vacated and thoroughly cleaned above referenced rental property. 10. August 22, 2004: Plaintiff attempted to deliver keys to Defendant. Plaintiff was then notified by co-tenants that Defendant/landlord was out of state on business. Plaintiff was never notified by landlord that he would be inaccessible. 11. September 1, 2004: In order to ensure receipt of keys, plaintiff returned keys directly to Defendant. 12. September 14, 2004: Plaintiff called Defendant requesting the $1000 security deposit. At that time, Defendant commented that he had 30 days to return the deposit and then began to reference how the keys were returned 10 days after the 22"d of the month. 13. September 17, 2004: Plaintiff mailed a letter clarifying the reason why Defendant received keys to the rental property on September 1, 2004. 14. September 27, 2004: Plaintiff received an Explanation of Reimbursement and a check dated for September 25, 2004 in the amount of $531.00 15. October 13, 2004: Plaintiff, Cheryl Weiss filed a civil complaint against Defendant, Alex Delay at District Justice Robert Manlove office. 16. January 25, 2005: 10:30 AM Plaintiff Vs. Defendant at District Court 09-1-02 located at 1901 State Street Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 17. Plaintiff alleges in paragraph 17 that she received Notice of Judgment from District Justice Manlove that awarded her $476.50, the inclusion of this information in the complaint is impertinent and is not relevant to this de novo appeal and must be stricken.
