ITEM I: I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. My Eastern Star plaque; K. All of my bibles, prayer books, hymnals, and all other books; L. All of my luggage, including three suitcases, one steamer trunk, one dress bag, and on tote bag; M. One coffee grinder painted red in color; N. All items of milk glass that were given to me as Christmas gifts by the Girl Scouts; o. All of my cook books; P. My sterling silver comb, brush and mirror set; Q. My three-piece milk glass vanity set; R. My blue meat platter depicting Pickett's charge at Gettysburg; s. ITEM IV: I bequeath the following personal property to my niece, JOAN D. DAVIS: my sterling sliver flatware, service for eight, includ- ing salad forks, sugar spoons, iced tea spoons, gravy ladle, eight butter knives, three large serving spoons, and other related pieces, my one dozen steak knives (not sterling silver) with brown handles, and my one dozen steak knives (not sterling silver) with white handles. Page 3 of 7 ~ ~ ITEM V: I bequeath the balance of my household goods and person- al effects in as nearly equal shares as practical to my sister, RUTH FLINT HICKS, and my brothers, PRESTON P. FLINT and ROY L. FLINT. ITEM VI: I bequeath the residue of estate, of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. One-third thereof to my sister, RUTH FLINT HICKS. B. One-third thereof to my brother, PRESTON P. FLINT. C. One-third thereof to my brother, ROY L. FLINT. Should any of the above described persons fail to survive me, their share shall lapse and shall be added to the other shares created in the Item VI. Should none of the above described persons survive me, I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to the LAUDERDALE A. R. PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 300 . ITEM VII: I direct that my brothers and my sister live in my home until the estate is settled to insure that my home and its contents are adequately protected. ITEM VIII: I direct that my personal property not be sold at public sale unless a public sale is the desire of my brothers and sister. ITEM IX: I appoint my brother, PRESTON P. FLINT, and the FIRST BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a PNC bank, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Co-Executors of this my last will.
