ITEM IV: I bequeath the following personal property to my niece, JOAN D. DAVIS: my sterling sliver flatware, service for eight, includ- ing salad forks, sugar spoons, iced tea spoons, gravy ladle, eight butter knives, three large serving spoons, and other related pieces, my one dozen steak knives (not sterling silver) with brown handles, and my one dozen steak knives (not sterling silver) with white handles. FLINT and ROY L. FLINT. ITEM VI: I bequeath the residue of estate, of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. One-third thereof to my sister, RUTH FLINT HICKS. B. One-third thereof to my brother, PRESTON P. FLINT. C. One-third thereof to my brother, ROY L. FLINT. Should any of the above described persons fail to survive me, their share shall lapse and shall be added to the other shares created in the Item VI.
