ORDER
AND NOW this 28th day of February, 2005, in consideration of the attached
Motion, I hereby order and direct that the Sheriff of Cumberland County transport
Benjamin Long Freet from Holy Spirit Hospital to the Cumberland County Court House
for a hearing this afternoon at 3:00 o'clock PM in Court Room No.2., and to transport
Benjamin Long Freet from the Cumberland County Court House to the Holy Spirit
Hospital after the hearing. The Sheriff shall coordinate with the sta. .
Hospital so that an ambulance can be used for the transportation ra~r
