North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Matthew A. Dalinsky
and Jessica A. Dalinsky of 43 Pleasant Hall Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 113 Pearl Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $305.93, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

GRANTOR,
AND: MATTHEW A. DALINSKY and JESSICA A. DALINSKY, husband
and wife, of 409 E. Pine Street, Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania,
GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Ninety -One
Thousand ($191,000.00) Dollars, the said Grantor does hereby grant and convey, in fee
simple, to the said Grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon erected situate
in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEING Lot No. 7 on Plan No. 6 of Noll Manor, as recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 22, Page
163, containing 85 feet along Pearl Drive, having a depth along the West
along Lot No. 8 of 304.06 feet, having a width in the rear along the North
of 89.21 feet, and having a depth along the East along Lot No. 6 on Plan
No. 5 of Noll Manor of 327.78 feet.
BEING improved with a dwelling house known as 113 Pearl Drive,
Carlisle.
BEING the same real estate which Larry E. Fisher and Connie L. Fisher,
husband and wife, by their deed dated June 7, 1997, and recorded September 8, 1997,
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book 164, Page 176, conveyed to Robert T. Scholly and Brenda R. Scholly, Grantor
herein.
SUBJECT to all rights -of -way, restrictions, easements, conditions, and set back
lines of record, visible or of record, including, but not limited to, those stated in the
aforementioned subdivision plan.
AND the said Grantor will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed,
except as under the subject as aforesaid.
