Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this lien is filed is Carl Meyer, 2103 W.
Trindle Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 2077 Reservoir Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above - described property in the
amount of $992.94, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

Carl Meyer, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy J. Harry, late of North
Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
GRANTOR
And:
Carl Meyer, adult individual, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
GRANTEE
WHEREAS Dorothy J. Harry died February 23, 2009, testate seized of certain
land situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS the Will of the said Dorothy J. Harry dated June 17, 2004, was duly
probated in the Office of the Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, on May 6, 2009, and Letters Testamentary were granted to Carl Meyer,
the above named Executor to # 21 -09 -0429; and
WHEREAS Section 3351 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 PS.
3351) confers upon Executor(s) the power to sell at public or private sale, any real
estate not specifically devised; and
WHEREAS the hereinafter described premises were not specifically devised; and
WHEREAS the said Executor was not required to file any bond to secure faithful
performance of his duties.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that Carl Meyer, Executor of the Estate
of Dorothy J. Harry, deceased, for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100
Dollars ($1.00) in lawful money of the United States, to him in hand paid by the said
GRANTEE at and before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged he has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released and confirmed, and
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, release and confirm unto the said
GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on Reservoir Drive and extending a distance of 100 feet,
more or less, along said Reservoir Drive and extending an even depth a distance of 125
feet, more or less, and being bounded on the North by land now or formerly of Conrad;
bounded on the South by land now or formerly of Yohn; bounded on the West by
Reservoir Drive; and bounded on the East by land now or formerly of Stum and at the
Place of BEGINNING.
The above described premises are known as and numbered 2077 Reservoir
Drive.
BEING the same property which Russell Bisbee, by his Deed dated October 31,
1977, and recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Book M, Volume 27,
Page 9814granted and conveyed unto Dorothy J. Harry.
TOGETHER with all and singular ways, waters, water - courses, rights, liberties,
privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in
anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof; and also, all the estate right, title, interest, use trust, property, possession, claim
and demand whatsoever, in law, equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to or out of the
same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said hereditaments and premises hereby granted
and released, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the
said GRANTEE and his heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of
the said GRANTEE his heirs and assigns, forever.

AND the said Executor of the Estate of Dorothy J. Harry, deceased, covenant,
promise, and agree to and with the said GRANTEE his heirs and assigns, by these
presents, that he, the said Executor has not done, committed, knowingly or willingly
suffered to be done or committed, any act, matter or thing whatsoever whereby the
premises hereby granted, or any part thereof, is, are, shall or may be impeached,
charged or encumbered, in title, charge, estate, or otherwise howsoever.
