IN RE: BENJAMIN LONG FREET
An alleged incapacitated person
IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
21-05-0052 ORPHANS' COURT
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this
l::rr
day of March, 2005, following a hearing, and
finding that Benjamin Long Freet suffers from paranoid schizophrenia resulting in
paranoid delusions causing an inability to receive and evaluate information effectively
and communicate decisions, which impairment appears irreversible and is of such a
significant extent that he is totally unable to manage his financial resources or to meet
the essential requirements for his physical health and safety, we find that he is an
incapacitated person in need of the appointment of a plenary guardian of his person and
estate. His mother, Frances E. Fleet, who has been providing for him, is appointed
plenary guardian of the person and plenary guardian of the estate of Benjamin Long
Freet. No bond is required of the guardian.
