HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-01-05 IN RE: BENJAMIN LONG FREET An alleged incapacitated person IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA 21-05-0052 ORPHANS' COURT ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this l::rr day of March, 2005, following a hearing, and finding that Benjamin Long Freet suffers from paranoid schizophrenia resulting in paranoid delusions causing an inability to receive and evaluate information effectively and communicate decisions, which impairment appears irreversible and is of such a significant extent that he is totally unable to manage his financial resources or to meet the essential requirements for his physical health and safety, we find that he is an incapacitated person in need of the appointment of a plenary guardian of his person and estate. His mother, Frances E. Fleet, who has been providing for him, is appointed plenary guardian of the person and plenary guardian of the estate of Benjamin Long Freet.
