I, ANNA W. ZEIGLER, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and State of PerJ,sylvania, being of sOlmd
mind, memory anel understanding, do make, publish and declare
this to be my last ,lill and 'festarnent, hereby revokin;:; and
makin" void all former wills, codicils and other testamentce,ry
dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay as
soon as practicable after my decease all my just debts and the
expenses of my last illness and burial.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate - real,
personal and'mixed - , I e;ive, devise and bequeath unto my
husband, John A. H. Zeigler.
3.
Should my said husband predecease me, then and in that
event, I give, devise and beo,uectth all of my said estate unto
my daughter, Betty Z. Sponsler.
4.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband,
John A. H. Zeigler, executor of this my last dill and Testament.
