AND NOW, this 1st day of March, 2005, upon
consideration of (a) the "Objections of Mildred J. Gerber,
Beneficiary" and (b) the "Objections by Marilyn Gerber, Pro Se to
the Accounting by the Trustee, Frederick E. Gerber, II, Submitted
on January 28, 2005, As Ordered by this Court," with respect to
the Supplement to Amended and Restated First and Final Account
for the Revocable Trust Established by Mildred J. Gerber, on
December 19, 1997, and Amended on August 2, 1999, and January 25,
2001, stated by Fred E. Gerber, II, Success[or]-Trustee, Trustee
for the Estate of Mildred J. Gerber, William A. Duncan, Esquire,
is appointed auditor.
The date of return of the auditor's commission in
this matter shall be November 15, 2005.
