The Defendant, TIMOTHY S. DISBROW, is an individual residing at 74 Prospect Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. During the week of July 3, 2004 to July 10,2004 the PlaintitT, M. JOSETT A IBRAHIM and her husband, Samir Ibrahim rented a condominium in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. 4. On July 3, 2004 the Plaintiff, M. JOSETTA IBRAHIM and her husband invited their daughter, Jehan Disbrow and her husband, the Defendant, TIMOTHY S. DISBROW to stay with them at the said condominium. 5. When the Defendant, TIMOTHY S. DISBROW departed the property on or about July 6, 2004, he removed a portable DVD Player and a number of DVDs belonging to the owners, Anthony and Sandi Trommello, of the property. 6. When the Plaintiff, M. JOSETT A IBRAHIM returned home to Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania she was eventually informed by her daughter, Jehan Disbrow that the Defendant, TIMOTHY S. The Plaintiff, M. JOSETTA IBRAHIM contacted the owners, Anthony and Sandi Trommello, of the condominium and eventually reimbursed them $599.00 for the replacement of the portable DVD player and DVDs. A true and correct copy of her payments are attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit" A". 8. As a result of the intentional act of the Defendant, TIMOTHY S. DISBROW, the Plaintiff, M. JOSETTA IBRAHIM sustained $599.00 plus costs in damages. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, M. JOSETT A IBRAHIM claims 01' the Defendant, TIMOTHY S. DISBROW the sum of $599.00 plus costs, an amount requiring compulsory referral to arbitration under the Local Rules of Court.
