WILEY, ESQUIRE (See attached renunciation); and WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of Mary A. Speck, had three beneficiaries, who inherited the entire estate in three equal shares, and they are: Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, A College of Medicine, successor to The Crippled Children's Hospital of Elizabethtown, PA (See attached renunciation); The United Methodist Children's Home of Mechanics burg, PA, (See attached renunciation) and The York Springs United Methodist Church, York Springs, P A (See attached renunciation); and WHEREAS, since no alternate Executor was appointed in the Last Will and Testament of Mary A. Speck, and since Citizens Bank cannot serve, the three named beneficiaries of the Estate of Mary A.
