LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, GLADYS E. HERTZLER, a resident of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL
and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all wills and Codicils
previously made by me.
I
I declare that I am not married, my beloved husband, PAUL H.
HERTZLER, having predeceased me, and that I have 3 children, SUSAN
CAROL SIEG, DENNIS P. HERTZLER, and SANDRA LEE BROWN.
II
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of
the administration of my estate.
IV
I give and bequeath my diamond solitaire ring, antique photo
locket and brass pedestal planter to my daughter, SUSAN C. SIEG,
per stirpes.
V
I give and bequeath my antique rocker, antique jewelry case,
diamond engagement ring, mothers ring (my childrens' birthstones),
and antique mantel clock to my daughter, SANDRA L. BRO~, p~r
stirpes.

I give and bequeath the carpenter tools belonging to
Grandfather Hertzler to my son, DENNIS P. HERTZLER, per stirpes.

I give and bequeath my crystal earrings and necklace to my
granddaughter-in-Iaw, SANDRA BROWN, per stirpes.

I give and bequeath my jade necklace and earrings to my
granddaughter, CAROLYN FIELDS, per stirpes.
IX
I give and bequeath my black onyx necklace and earrings to my
granddaughter, JILL HERTZLER, per stirpes.
X
I give and bequeath my black onyx ring to my granddaughter,
CHERYL HOUCK, per stirpes.
XI
I give and bequeath my antique blue moonstone ring to my
great-granddaughter, RACHEL BROWN, per stirpes.
XII
I give and bequeath the remainder of my jewelry to my
daughters, SANDRA and SUSAN, in equal shares, per stirpes.
XIII
I give and bequeath my hand-painted china and other tableware
to my son DENNIS, his wife, SUSANNE, my daughter, SUSAN, and my
daughter, SANDRA, to be divided among them as they should decide.
XIV
I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars to each of my grandchildren, CHERYL LEE HOUCK, MARLIN PAUL
BROWN, CAROLYN SUZANNE FIELDS, JILL ELIZABETH HERTZLER, and DARYL
JOHN HERTZLER, per stirpes.

All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, whether
real or personal, wherever situate, including any property over
which I may have a power of appointment, I give, devise and

bequeath to my daughter, SUSAN, my son, DENNIS, and my daughter,
SANDRA, in equal shares, per stirpes.
XVI
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, SANDRA, as
Executrix of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond. If SANDRA is
unable or unwilling to act in that capacity, then I nominate,
constitute, and appoint my son, DENNIS, as Executor of this LAST
WILL, to serve without bond. If DENNIS is unable or unwilling to
act in that capacity, then I nominate, constitute, and appoint my
grandson, MARLIN P. BROWN, as Executor of this LAST WILL, to serve
without bond.
