GEBHARD �auntp of damberinna IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION NO. 2013 700765 IN RE: MOTION TO MODIFY STIPULATION AND AMEND ORDER ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 17th day of January 2014, upon consideration of the Motion to' Modify Stipulation and Amend Order, a CITATION is issued upon Respondent, Terry J. Gebhard, to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted. PETITIONER shall serve the petition and citation upon Respondent and shall file proof of service. Respondent shall have until 13 February 2014 to respond with reasons why, if any, the court should not appoint an independent master to resolve any issue involving - the sale of the Devonshire Drive property. Any response shall be in writing, filed with the Clerk of the Orphan's Court, no later than the close of business on the 131". Thereafter, based on any response to the Citation, the court will either appoint an independent master or schedule a hearing on the merits.
