AND NOW, comes Jan Stogsdill, daughter of the Decedent, (hereinafter "Contestant"), who
hereby appeals to the OPRHANS' COURT from the Decree of the REGISTER OF WILLS in the
above-captioned Estate:
1. admitting to probate a certain writing dated the 3rd of August, 2011 as the Last
Will and Testament of said Decedent and in granting Letters Testamentary thereon, and
2. appointing Jennifer A. Margush, Executrix, of the above captioned estate.
The undersigned attorney of Contestant does hereby swear that the above-captioned
