OW, tlus � day of , 2014, upon consideration of the
foregoing Petition for Court Approval of the Merger, ransfer, and Charitable Use of Nonprofit
Corporation Assets, it is hereby ordered and decreed as follows:
(a) the transfer,distribution and charitable use of nonprofit corporation assets to Carlisle
United Methodist Church as set forth in this Petition is hereby approved; and
(b) all the property,real,personal and mixed,of Allison United Methodist Church,First
United Methodist Church and Grace United Methodist Church,and all debts due on
whatever account to Allison United Methodist Church, First United Methodist
Church and Grace United Methodist Church have been taken and transferred to and
vested in Carlisle United Methodist Church without the need for further act or deed;
and
(c) the Merger has not resulted in a diversion of charitable assets as provided in 15
Pa.C.S.A §5547(b)and 15 Pa.C.S.A. §5930(a).
