KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, PAUL D. McNEW,
JR., being the sole testamentary heir of Mary G. Stum, Deceased, late of the Township of
Dickinson, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that I have
received of and from myself in my capacity as Administrator, c.t.a. of the Estate of the
said Decedent, the distributions during administration of the Estate as reflected in the
First and Final Account in full satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money,
legacies, bequests, intestate shares, and reimbursements for advances for administration
of the Estate to which I am entitled under the Will of the Decedent, Mary G. Stum.
NOW, THEREFORE, I do hereby remise, release, quitclaim, and forever
discharge myself as Administrator, c.t.a., of said Estate, and my heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns, of and from the said legacy or legacies and other shares in
said Estate and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and
demands whatsoever, for, and by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or
thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents.
