The petition of James D.Nenninger and Phillip W. Nenninger, Co-Administrators of the
Estate of Nellie C. Nenninger,though Thomas P. Gleason, Esquire, respectfully states
that:
1. Petitioners were appointed Co-Administrators of the Estate of Nellie C.
Nenninger by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County at File No. 2012-0202,
2. By Decree of the Register of Wills dated February 15, 2012, it was
decreed that Petitioners post surety bond in the amount of$130,000.00. A true and
correct copy of said Decree is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit
"A
3. Bond was posted for a fee in the amount of$$00.00 and paid by the
Administrators. A true and correct copy of said Bond is attached hereto and incorporated
by reference as Exhibit `B."
4. Petitioner's made an estimated payment for inheritance taxes in the
amount of$11,000.00 on March 20, 2012. A true and correct copy of said Receipt is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit"C."
5. The Administrators,James D. Nenninger and Phillip W. Nenninger,filed
the inheritance tax return for the Estate on June 7, 2012.
6. The Administrators received an inheritance tax clearance letter from the
Department of Revenue on August 5, 2013, accepting the return as filed and reflecting an
overpayment of$199.93, which was subsequently returned to the estate. A true and
correct copy of said Clearance Letter is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Exhibit"D."
7. The decedent died intestate and the Administrators, James D. Nenninger
and Phillip W. Nenninger, are the only statutory heirs to the Estate of Nellie C.
Nenninger.
8. Upon receipt of the clearance letter, the Administrators made disposition
of all assets of the Estate of Nellie C. Nenninger.
9. The purpose of the surety bond has been fulfilled and the Administrators
desire relief from the payment of bond renewal fee which would be required by February
17, 2014 at the stated amount of$800.00. A true and correct copy of said Invoice is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit "E."
10. Both James D. Nenninger and Phillip W.Nenninger consent to and
request a reduction of the bond to $0.00 without the requirement of a hearing.
WEHREFORE Petitioners pray your Honorable Court to enter an Order pursuant
to 20 Pa. S. C.S.A. §3175 decreasing the bond to $0.00.

Grant of Letters filed by James D.Nenninger and Phillip W.Nenninger,dated and filed on February
14th, for the estate of Nellie C.Nenninger,IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post
surety bond in the amount of$130,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Pursuant to
Cumberland County Local Rule 359, any corporation acting as surety shall have filed in the office
of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to the Insurance Commissioner of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal Representative,
