("Metro"), 3801 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, PA, 17111, in the amount of One Thousand, Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars and 44/100 ($1,776.44), together with interest from February 12, 2014, against the above-named estate. Metro hereby asserts a claim against the decedent for indebtedness evidenced by a Cash Reserve Credit Agreement and Discount dated February 2, 2004 with Decedent and Ann D. i Lyon as Borrowers and Metro as Lender in the original principal amount of Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($5,000.00). Payment is demanded in full. This claim is filed pursuant to the provisions of 20 Pa.C.S. § 3532. The decedent, whose last known address was 20 Clifton Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died on June 27, 2013.
