AND NOW, this 10th day of March, 2005, upon consideration of the Petition To
Command PNC Bank To Release the Personal Tangible Property of Marilyn Gerber
which was Removed by PNC Bank from her Family Home at 623 Hilltop Drive, New
Cumberland Pennsylvania on October 1, 2002, a Rule is hereby issued on all other
interested parties to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted.
RULE RETURNABLE within 20 days of service.

Place all Assets of the Mildred J. Gerber Estate and Trust in Escrow and Not Distribute
Them to the Executor, Fredrick E. Gerber, II and Beneficiaries Until All of the
Accounting Hearings with PNC Bank and Frederick E. Gerber, II are Settled, a Rule is
hereby issued on all other interested parties to show cause why the relief requested
should not be granted.
