PETITION FOR ADJUDICATION/STATEII�IENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
PLTRSUANT TO Pa. O.C. Rule 6.9
The Petitioner is requesting that the proposed distribution be to divide, in kind,the vacant land in
Florida such that Norman Mundis will receive the Orange County property and Evelyn Neway
will receive the Marion County real esta.te. Both parties will be responsible for any inheritance
taxes due the State of Florida and any outstanding taxes owed on the properties received.
Additionally,the Petitioner is requesting that she be reimbursed for one-half of the costs that she
has incurred to complete the administration of the estate.

The Petitioner is requesting that the roposed distribution be to
divide,in kind,the vacant land in Florida such that Norman Mundis
will receive the Orange County property and Evelyn Neway will
receive the Marion County real estate. Both parties will be
respansible for any inheritance taxes due the State of Florida and
any outstanding taxes owed on the properties received.
Additionally,the Petitioner is requesting that she be reimbursed
for one-half of the costs that she has incurred to complete the administration
of the estate.

Evelyn G.Neway,Executrix of the Estate of Evelyn G. Mundis, deceased, hereby
declares under oath that she has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of her office;that the
foregoing Account is true and correct and fully discloses all significant transactions occurring
during the accounting period;that a11 known claims against the estate have been paid in full;that,
to the best of her knowledge,there are no claims now outstanding against the estate;that all taxes
presently due from the estate have been paid; and that more than four months have elapsed since
the first complete advertisement of the granting of letters in this estate.
This statement is made subject to penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.A. Section 4904 relating to
unsworn falsification to authorities.
