Pursuant to Rule 6.12 of the Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules, I report the following
with respect to completion of the administration of the above-captioned estate:

the administration will be complete: Tax matters relating to the estate are in the
final stages of resolution with the IRS A Supplemental Inheritance Tax Return has
been filed requesting refund of inheritance taxes relating to the final tax figures It is
anticipated that the administration of the estate will be complete by year end
