WHEREAS, MYRL A. HERSH AND BONNIE A. HERSH, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with TAMANINI HOMES, LLC, for the erection of a dwelling
upon a lot of land situate as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO
Now, /a', 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract
with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by owner, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and /or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania known as Lot 3 on
Section 7 of the Re- subdivision of Lots 11 -16 of Section 1, Trindle Station, Phase 2, prepared by Alpha
Consulting Engineers, Inc., recorded in Cumberland County Records to Instrument No. 201328651, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right -of -way of Franklin Drive (50 feet wide) at the dividing line of Lot 2
and 3 on the above referred to subdivision plan; thence along Lot 2 North 80 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds
West, a distance of 98.24 feet to a point at Stormwater Facility 1; thence along the same the following courses
and distances: 1) by a curve having a radius of 335 feet and a length of 140.16 feet and a chord bearing of
North 21 degrees 22 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 139.14 feet to a point; 2) thence North 33 degrees
21 minutes 34 seconds East, a distance of 11.28 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot 3 and 4; thence along
Lot 4 South 56 degrees 38 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 97.87 feet to a point on the northern right of
way line of Franklin Drive (50 feet wide); thence along the same, the following courses and distances: 1) South
29 degrees 07 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 42.99 feet to a point; 2) thence by a curve having a
radius of 175.00 feet, a length of 67.38 feet and a chord bearing of South 18 degrees 06 minutes 08 seconds
West, a distance of 66.96 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
