AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire,
and files the following municipal claim against Wendy K. Belt, owning property located at 1282
Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania 17007. Wendy K. Belt is the owner of all
that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as
follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the improvements thereon
erected situate in the Village of Churchtown, also know as the Villiage of Allen,
in Mornoe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone in a Fourteen (14) feet wide alley at the
intersection of Church Street; thence by Church Street Southwest to a 30 feet
wide street; thence by said 30 feet wide street North to the lot formerly of David
Kauffman, now or formerly of Creedin D. Witmer; thence East by said lot now or
formerly of Creedin D. Witmer to the said Fourteen (14) feet wide alley; thence
South by Lot formerly of Charles Enck now or formerly of Clyde Kreiger, to the
Place of BEGINNING.
THE above described premises has thereon erected a one story dwelling
house.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which James D. Paulus and Loretta I.
Paulus, husband and wife, by Deed dated April 13, 1981 and recorded April 13,

1981 in the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in
Book J -29, Page 256, granted and conveyed unto Wendy K. Belt.
TAX PARCEL NO. 22-28-2401-007.
Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and
Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer
rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as
a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to
be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's
sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but
not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township
Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township
Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from July 1, 2013 through September 30,
2013, which services total is in the amount of nine thousand nine hundred seventy -four and
10 /100 ($9,974.10) dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described
herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with
interest in the amount of ten (10 %) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including
attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above - described real property and
premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101,
et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Ms. Belt:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account
#1254 for real estate owned by you, same being known and numbered as 1282 Boiling
Springs Rd., Boiling Springs, PA 17007. This account is delinquent. As of August 9,
2013, the delinquency amount for the last three years is $3,452.00. This is to give you
notice of an additional lien which will be filed against you for the last three years and to
update the prior liens filed, to which you still owe. The purpose of this letter is to give
you the following three options regarding your past due account:
A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within
ten (10) days of the date of this letter;
B. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a minimum
of $100.00 per month on account of the arrears and required to
keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter. The Agreement
must be finalized within ten (10) days of the date of this letter,
C. The lien /sheriff's sale process will immediately commence if there is
no communication from the owner to set up and complete either
option A or B within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.
Option C will result in filing fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's
fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be
assessed at the current rate. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be
avoided by you making payment in full or executing a Payment Agreement within ten
(10) days of date of this letter.
