Pykosh, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against Charles W. Krick and Kristi A. Krick, owning property located at 913 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. Charles W. Krick and Kristi A. Krick, are the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT PARCEL house and lot of ground situate in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland and the State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point in the center of the Trindle Road, said point being three hundred forty (340) feet measured westwardly along the center of the Trindle Road from property now or late of R. C. Myers; thence South 8 degrees 30 minutes East, two hundred fifty (250) feet to a point at lands of Helen A. Hall; thence by said lands of Helan A. Hall, South 70 degrees 30 minutes West, eighty - five (85) feet to a point; thence North 8 degrees 30 minutes West, two hundred fifty (250) feet to a point in the center line of the Trindle Road; thence by the center line of the Trindle Road, North 70 degrees 30 minutes East, eighty -five feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. HAVING THEREON ERECTED a single family dwelling known and numbered as 913 West Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Harry O. Krick and Lorraine M. Krick, his wife, by Deed dated March 22, 1997 and recorded March 24, 1997 at the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book 154, s,g S4 Pa 3oiia3 Page 906, granted and conveyed unto Charles W. Krick and Kristi A. Krick, his wife. TAX PARCEL NO. 22 -24- 0783 -020. Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 - 04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from July 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013, which services total is in the amount of eight thousand six hundred twelve and 89/100 ($8,612.89) dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10 %) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above - described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens). Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 Dear Mr. 'Krick: I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account #734 for real estate owned by you, same being known and numbered as 913 W. Trindle Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. This account is delinquent. As of August 9, 2013, the delinquency amount for the last three years is $2,986.20. This is to give you notice of an additional lien which will be filed against you for the last three years and to update the prior liens filed, to which you still owe. The purpose of this letter is to give you the following three options regarding your past due account: A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within ten (10) days of the date of this letter; B. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a minimum of $100.00 per month on account of the arrears and required to keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter. The Agreement must be finalized within ten (10) days of the date of this letter; C. The lien /sheriff's sale process will immediately commence if there is no communication from the owner to set up and complete either option A or B within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. Option C will result in filing fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed at the current rate. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be avoided by you making payment in full or executing a Payment Agreement within ten (10) days of date of this letter.
